Bloke is wondering why he is not losing weight after doing 15000+ “steps” per day and Might sue Fitbit!

Bob Jeffries of Plymouth has been heard to say: “I feel like I’ve been ripped off by Fitbit! My wife bought me this for Christmas because she was fed up of me needing a boomerang to get a belt on”

Bob claims that although he is doing 15K+ steps per day, he is still fat. He did admit that he has not changed his diet, apart from switching to lager during the week instead of Guinness and he only has the 2 cheat days on a Saturday and Sunday.

Bob also revealed he had a knack to getting more steps in which should also help. “When I’m lying on the sofa watching TV in the evening, I’ll often shake my wrist back and forth which helps me get more steps in.

“I found this ‘life hack’ out accidently when I was rather peckish last week. I popped into ASDA’s after breakfast to get a couple of scotch eggs, but as I was trying to eat well, I left the porky egg delights behind the counter. Instead I went for the healthier, 300 calorie milkshake. I was frantically shaking this, and I realised I gained 300 plus steps in the process. It was then I knew I was onto a winner, not only had I chugged down a healthy fat fuelled milky drink, I’d ramped up my step count!”

Mr Jeffries is now thinking of Suing Fitbit as he feels he could have used all expelled step energy in something more productive.

  3. Mastering ale blackjack may make this dream turn into a
reality. His method is about football trading over the worlds largest sport betting exchange –
Betfair. I was always sceptical about spread betting – the danger seemed too high when it
comes to making the ‘wrong call’ when it comes
to predicting the amount of yellow cards after a game or the amount of corners there would be. https://duthel.org/casino/
