Personal Training Plymouth delivered as bespoke 1:1 or 1:2 sessions either outdoors or in the comfort of your own home (where all equipment would be provided) or at the gym. My gym sessions are delivered in my own private gym, designed by myself to deliver results. The gym will only have you and I in at any one time, so the hustle and bustle of a large gym has been taken away. It’s also ideal if you’d rather not train around other people.
I also deliver group exercise both indoors and outdoors with circuit style boot camp sessions.
Alongside the above services for 1:1 training, you would also be provided with your very own bespoke training schedule via an online app to your tablet or smart phone. From this app you will be able to record and track all calories, add foods and see what workouts we have planned ensuring an accurate and efficient recording of your progress.
Choosing a personal trainer can sometimes be a difficult decision and it is therefore important to learn early on if we are able to work together. With this in mind your initial consultation is FREE of charge and there is never any obligation to use my services. An initial consultation will consist of a discussion around your goals, current levels of fitness as well as your likes and dislikes lasting approx 30mins. You are also welcome at this point to ask me anything further you wish to know about my services. All exercise plans can be accustomed to your requirements, circumstances and done in any location you wish.

With a level 3 in nutrition, I am qualified to provide full nutritional planning. Working out your exact calorie intake required for you to achieve your desired goals and calculate the right nutrients, carbs, fats and proteins needed. I can give little hints and tips about what to eat and when to eat it or I can plan every single meal and snack!
I provide support 24/7-365 days a year if required via the bespoke App, Facebook , email mobile/text.
