The consultation was thorough and he then gave me step by step instructions over a two-weekly cycle, written in an easy to follow format. He then demonstrated each routine, which made it easy for me to follow! I wanted something that I could fit into my busy life, working full time and being a single parent. The routine was perfect, easy to follow and I noticed results within a few weeks. I loved how easy it was to fit into my life. David is creative and tailors your fitness routine to fit you. He also have me some excellent nutritional advice. His manner is lively and inspirational-he clearly loves his job and this enthusiasm is contagious! Highly recommend.
